Proberly some quick stupid questions, but what do you guys do for a warm up on PHAT?
Im starting PHAT tomarrow, with Chest & Arms Hypertrophy Day.
Now I noticed the first exercise is:
Pressing Power Exercise speed work: Flat dumbbell presses
6 sets of 3 reps with 65-70% of normal 3-5 rep max
Guessing this means, if i was to say for exable able to do 100kg with a rep max of 3. i would do 65-70KG for this exercise?
Is this the warm up?
With the exercises, they say eg: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
Does this mean I do 3 sets, same weight within that rep range? As in Do all 3 sets with 16 reps if I wanted to etc, or does it mean start of first set with 15 reps, next to sets work up to 20reps?
Also Do when do you all generally stretch during this routine, before, mid, after? etc
