Add deadlifts to PHAT?5315

Hey guys whats up, I am about to start phat, and I want to add deadlifts to phat(my deadlift pr is really low). I wanted to know if it is ok to add them to lower body power and hypertrophy, and do them after my stiff leg deadlifts?? Is it to much or is it ok if I can handle it??? Thanksl

idk man. i ran phat for 10 weeks and i couldnt not do deads so i remember that i found a way to add them

Yea... Do you think it would be to much volume doing stiffleg deadlift and doing normal deadlifts right after?

Extensions x2
Deads x3

is this ok ok lowerbody power day?

•Pressing Power Movement: Squats
3 sets of 3-5 reps
•Assistance pressing movement: Hack Squats
2 sets of 6-10 reps
•Assistance extension movement: Leg extensions
2 sets of 6-10 reps
•Assistance pulling movement: Stiff legged deadlifts
3 sets of 5-8 reps
•Assistance pulling/curling movement: Glute ham raises or lying leg curls
2 sets of 6-10 reps

NORMAL DEADLIFT
3 sets of 5-8


•Auxiliary calf movement: Standing calf raise
3 sets of 6-10 reps
•Auxiliary calf movement: Seated calf raise






and same for hypertrophy. too much volume or good?
