I did 5 sets of 12 with 25lbs to expand my ribcage and try to form my serratus, and went a little heavy on the pullover machine, should i go real heavy on the machine or light? i want to feel the burn. pls help!

extreme intense focus on form on anything you do. always. no need to go heavy

my serratus isn't great, but i find that doing close hammer grip pullups hit the serratus and lats pretty well, but the expanding ribcage thing is absolute bullshit, all in your genetics

i feel it when i do pullovers and instead of doing pull ups i jus swing from side to side and flex i work them also idk what there called haha
