Alright guys....

i don't know if i wanna do P.H.A.T or if i wanna do a rich gaspari work out from bb.com for two - three months..

Unnecessary use of super sets and tri sets. If you have enough left in the tank to do a second exercise immediately (or third) then you probably didn't work hard enough in the first one. Methods like super setting, drop sets, running the rack, etc. should be the exception in your workouts, not the rule. -3X

Depends on your goals. For overall strength and size, PHAT is a great program, but in general if you can't get to the gym five days a week, any four day power lifting program (Westside barbell for instance) can get similar gains. Train like a powerlifter, eat like a bodybuilder, and you'll be fine. -3X

yeah my aim is 85kgs with like 9% bf im 80kgs now and about 13% "Train like a powerlifter, eat like a bodybuilder" i like that. cheers EK
