I used to do Sumo, I'm not flexible enough for it now, I could work my way back up to it but, ehhh.. I think conventional targets the back more, (yes, I know that the back isn't targeted in the deadlift) I've just seen a lot of density come from it!

Sir Duke you are right. I was not flexible untill i tore my acl and had a surgery. For rehab about 6 months or so all i did was work on stretchin. Tht is how i earned my flexibility.

Quick Update: Finally broke my bench plateau- Benched 185lbs for 2 reps.

Another note: Lat Pulldowns 144lbs for 6 reps as well.

So weights are increasing again.

Big leg day tomorow.

Couple of goals I have:

Bodyweight of 160lbs
Bench 225lbs before winter is over
Squat 405lbs.
Deadlift 500lbs.

Alrite folks just a quick bodyweight update:

This mornin on an empty stomach I weighed at 150.4lbs.

So...yeaa 15lbs of as much lean mass left to gain before I Cut.

@Dukenhiemer yea i gained about 15lbs in close to 3 months.

Btw my legs are so sore, its not even cool..

Ours stats are close , I'm 5'7 only 145lbs. But my strength is NOWHERE near you man! I'm currently doing PHAT too. Good luck BUDDY. Maybe I missed it but how old are you?

@nastybeast I'm 19 my friend. IDK for me strength wise it was just like my friends are bigger than me but I never wanted to admit they were stronger than me. So..I pushed my limit no matter what which made me improve each day.

Haha we're kinda similar. My friends are all more huge than me. But I am stronger than them. Guess I am more gifted in the strength than hypertrophy.
