Lost 3.5-4 pounds so far on my 3 week cut and strength is going up. Doing the layne norton phat program still.
Its been a steady 1 pound a week. Hopfully its not just water weight tho . Shouldnt be, bulked on 3500.
Cutting at 2600 calories and i do 2800-2900 on my hiit days.

I dont think its only water weight because my carbs arent lower than 270. And i bulked on 400 carbs. and im on a calorie deflict. maybe it is water weight idk. but fuck it. losing weight each week and strength going up. so as long as i keep it up i dont have a problem. iv had issues in the past where i got lazy and wanted a fast cut and lose muscle and strength so i dont want to make that mistake again... i also went very low carb... like 110 G carb low.. in the past lol
