Although I have been lifting for quite a while ( almost 3 years now I guess ) I am still very weak. Actually I am sad that I wasted so much precious time , but what can you do.
My stats are :
BF ~ 12-13%
Bench : 180 pounds
Squat : 240 pounds
DL : 300 pounds
Well , just for your info. Now I wanted to try the PHAT routine out, but I just can workout 4 days a week.
How should I change the routine according to that ?
I could actually do it like its laid out and do the Saturday Workout on Monday and so on, but I doubt that this is the best idea. What do you think ?
