so recently started bulking, first time I succeeded, gone from 66 kg to 71 in 4 months, and man do you get stronger fast as shiet

brb barely training bench, best personal record in april was 110x9, did 115x10 today, gone from 70x1 to 70x14 in incline bench and 50x6 to 60x11 in military press

brb gone from 120x10 in bounce deadlift to 130x18

brb gone from 100x3 in squat to 100x8

brb even increased my chins from 10 to 21, mostly from cns adaption tho but still

may not sound like extreme results but before I never managed to increase any results lol barely

about 3500 a day, I have high metabolism lol, also work out pretty much every day

Yeah you would think so yet I will probably raise to 4400 next week.

Looking to lean bulk and going well so far, making gains and shiz.

u two may not even need that many calories, i was taking in 3.5k cals a day for awhile and gained a lot of weight but also some fat. but its up to you,
1 thing though, drop the weight gainers if you're taking any

I have been on over 4000 cals for over 6 weeks and not an ounce of fat gain, my metabolism is just very fast.

I have been making gains though so it's all good but might end up raising calories further to ensure I'm building as much muscle as possible.
