Started with week 4 today, and broke records on almost all exercises.

Week 1 to week 4:
Bentover rows - 99 to 132
Dumbell bench press - 63.8 to 79.2
Weighted dips - 55 to 77
Dumbel shoulder press - 44 to 52.8
Cable standing tricep extension 132 to 148.5

Weight - 154 to 158
