I am 19 years old and am a fat cunt. Right now i am sitting right at 200 lbs, and around 17% Bf estimate. I am wanting to cut down to around 185 and will be doing it slowly. I am going to be hitting around 2300 cals a day with P:280 F:65 C: 145. I will HIIT twice a week, and my training routine will be PHAT for the most part. Here are my pics now, and I will throw up some pics when the goal is reached. Any feedback is appreciated... Lets go get shredded.

Good luck bro, why so many protein and so few carbs?

When on a cut you need more protein, also i am extremely carb sensitive. Protein has a natural thermogenic affect.

I know Alex shot down @stewie for questioning the excessive protein but I don't care.

Drop protein by at least 60g, put all into carbs and you will get same weight loss but with better workouts.

You can't argue with energy in vs energy out.

Also, he is definitely a lot lower than 17% BF.
Good luck, man

Protein's thermogenic effect is significantly overrated. For every 100 kcals of protein you get, there's a whopping 20 kcal difference between it and 100 kcals of carbs. That's not enough to make a difference. To put it in real terms, if you replaced 100g of carbs with equal protein (and that's a LOT of protein), your net gain is only 80 kcals used for thermogenisis. -3X

In for this!!

My advice, from experience - Drop the protein to about 230g and up the carbs, when I did this on my contest prep I felt way better, workouts were more intense and didnt feel so sluggish the whole day, and the extra carbs take away craving. On a cut no matter how much protein I eat ill still be hungry and crave, carbs take that away.

Your not 17%, not even close!

Good luck brother, do not hesitate to ask!
