|Hey guys; I bought some resistance bands to use when shadow boxing to improve on power and speed but I have a few questions on them when it comes to building muscle;
1. Do they actually help build muscle?, I no nothing beats free weights but resistance bands are portable and are good for on the go.
2. How would you implement them in to a free weight workout?
3. What results have you had if you've used them

|I used a home gym for many years and would use some high resistance bands for the equivalent of cable exercises. I would wrap them round the power rack which allowed me to do all kinds of exercises from lat pulldowns to cable crossovers.|
