New to SS forums and need abit of help. Been lifting for about 10months but due to uni, work and sporting commitments gym has had to be cut back to about 3 days a week, with sport training on top of that.
Was wondering if just doing the Hypertrophy component of P.H.A.T with some strength rep ranges will still give me good results, or if I should go with a completely different program?

Yeah that would be fine bud. Just make progressive strength gains

What sport(s) are you training for? There might be a program that is specifically tailored to your sport.

I play AFL (live in Australia), although my goals as far as gym goes aren't directed at my sport as much as just trying to gain size and mass
