I've been on PHAT for about 22 weeks now, and I want to stay on it, but change the exercises... I do everything exactly how it is on the routine page on here except I do flat barbell bench on heavy upper body, and I do deadlifts on heavy Lower Body day in between squats and Hack Squats.. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Dang man! 22 weeks hu? I am curious of your results and gains.... When I was on PAHT I got some beast gains... Looking to get back on it real soon!

-As of your question you can pretty much sub in and out any exercise you want. Just make sure it is a wise sub. Like don't substitute Weighted dips for triceps push downs, you know?
Changing the exercises will help you in getting more gains. Good luck to you bro!!!

Most of my gains were strength gains. I had a huge increase in my Bench. I put on a little lean muscle nothing extreme though, but i really like the program.
