No real experience with PHAT but I would say a general rule with any program that does not specify is to do it twice a week, at the end of the sessions which you find easier.
Leave a couple of days in between working them.

Hanging leg raises are amazing, work up to where you can touch the bar you are hanging from with your feet whilst your legs are more or less straight. 8-12 reps.

The easier/shorter workouts, pick 2 a week that are 2-3 days apart.
Maybe someone doing PHAT has different advice but this shit ain't that serious.

Aha okay thank you a lot I will do like this the first day in hypertrophy and the 3rd day on hypertrophy leg raises 3x8-12

Nice, you ever done them before? You might find you can only raise your legs to near horizontal but stick with it and they will soon be touching that bar

If you do suck at them at first, do a lot of sets of as many good slow reps as possible and maybe some cable crunches as well to gain the strength needed to lift them higher and higher.

I can do them easily man I was doing calisthenics I will add weight to do 8-12 reps
