No Powder, No Problem - Tuna Protein Shake
Out of protein powder? No problem! This great tasting protein shake combines canned tuna with banana, milk, honey and peanut butter.
1 can of Tuna, packed in water, drained
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 - 1 tsp Honey
1 medium Banana
2 cups Milk (No less than 2% fat)
Don't fear the tuna shake! This shake actually tastes a lot better than it sounds.
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until extremely smooth.

|I've was told by some meatheads in a previous gym to blend tuna and cola ! Never did try it for the simple reason it sounds rank|
