Hey all! I am a new forum member/longtime lurker of SS. I am 18 years old, have been lifting for two years and have seen decent gains so far. SS has provided me with loads of motivation over the past several months and I love how the forums here are way more mature/informative than the Teen section of bb.com.

just realized I started lifting exactly two years ago today! It's been a tough ride of trial/error, hard work, and pushing my limits. Overall, my gains have been good..but could have been better. As of today, I have plans to start a strict bulk/PHAT and continue to make improvements. Heres my progress so far...

Deadlift: 225lbs
