Going on a six month bulk for the rest of the year and am thinking about doing a few months of Crossfit after a Max OT and PHAT cycle which I've scheduled each for after this June. Thinking Crossfit will help me burn off what wasn't needed in the upcoming few months

CF will turn you into a beast, in a different way. It surely helps out while doing BB. Your technique will also get a lot better. Overhead squats ftw.

Honestly, that doesn't impress me much and I don't think it's very healthy.

Crossfit is a good idea done terribly they massively sacrafice form to try beat personal records.

- And why is that? Why is it that you see CF-games growing this big as it is now? And its even getting bigger. If you train like a sprinter you will be able to generate a lot of force (rate of force development).

Its really good for cardio. I didnt say anything about musclegrowth. You just get fitter by doing CF.
Its usually ppl who cant do it/too lazy who gives the description that u do.

It's a good idea I totally agree but alot of the people doing it care so much about beating previous bests that they just throw form to the wind.

what the hells ur deal man? i just thought it was a weird thing to be on espn. also im just saying this wouldnt be best for making me build muscle because id be buring more calories..
