hey guys im going to start phat next week and am trying to add in forearms and abs for at least 2 days. i am thinking of putting abs and forearms in on the lower body power day and the lower body hypertrophy day. They will take about 10-15 mins at the very end of my workout. Does anyone think this is a good way to incorporate them?

I do abs on power leg days and forearms on back/shoulder hypertrophy. dont need much more than that
