I like cross overs from low ~ hits the inner chest nicely. But i do high crossovers aswell

I do them at the end of my workout. I start at the lowest angle and then go up by 2 pegs at a time till I hit the highest angle with only a max 30 second rest between sets. Sculpts the chest from every angle and you have an insane pump.

@DETERMINED1 It's great. It really pushes your chest that extra mile since solely presses get so boring. Good for shitty chest genetics like mine too IMO.

reverse dropset

cable fly
30lbs x 15-20
50lbs x 12-15
70lbs x 8-15

cable cross over/fly
90lbs x 8-10
105lbs x 3-10

-------------

do these 1 after another, all the way from 30lbs to 105lbs.. only rest is when your changing the weights.

I don't mean to be a buzzkill, but you guys that are looking at Franco and thinking you have any chance whatsoever of ever looking like that are nuts. It wasn't the way he trained; it was his unique genetics. If it was capable to look like that from training or adjustments in your training, as it were, there would be a hundred thousand guys who have the same pectoral development. They don't, because they're not Franco. Continue working to make yourself the best looking YOU you can be rather than trying to mimic some pro's routine or appearance- especially a former Mr. Olympia with loads of chemical assistance. i dont think i will, his genetics is out of this world and i was saying he does alot of crossovers but yea understand where you coming from we all are different and noone will look the same @eknight

Thats just a normal set with warmups and no rest lol
