I've been browsing here for a few months while i've just been doing some basic strength work, and bouncing across different workouts.
I started working out consistently about 8 months ago, and haven't had great gains (though my style of workout/diet hasn't been consistent for about 5 months of it)
I've been looking at a few different workouts, and was wondering how PHAT would go for a 183cm 71kg person would go. I'm fairly thin and hoping to put on some size, also i have a creatine and whey protein that i take with meals and post workout.

|Size comes from diet. Are you on a caloric surplus?
