It's a standing bench back extension. Hits the lower back and hamstrings...very advanced level lift

Yeah man, as you can see he has got two plates on the bottom but just one on the top which acts as a counter-weight and stabilises the lift

It is a secret lift created by Shaolin monks in the early 9th century. Very deadly in wrong hands but if you can handle it you'll create yourself the most aesthetic physique of all time. For example Frank Zane, Serge Nubret and the Governator knew the secret

I would call it standing bench back extension calf raises or just STBBECR for short. When standing on the bench he can perform calf raises also.

/edit: if there only was a way to incorporate some pushing movement you'd have a have quite ultimate exercise imo

WTF!!!! you guys are dumb!!! I can't believe no one knows about this lift???? This type of movement is proven to help on every type of compound movement for upper and lower body parts... Basically it is done at the beginning of the workout to dynamically stretch the muscles and prep for the heavy weights for max hypertrophy potential.... To get the most out of this workout you also need to perform at least 2-6 sets at the end of the workout... any reps between 11-16 works best

clearly a donkey calf raise, notice the feet in a position to go beyond vertical for ultimate ROM
