i dont have a donkey calf raise machine and no one will get on my back to do donkey calf raises so i need a replacement. im thinking of just doing standing calf raises for the hypertrophy leg day... instead of the donkey calf raises.

You could use a weight belt and do one legged raises thats what i do, p.s im doing that routine as well, i altered it a bit, but its going heaps well
