need help developing more of my upper chest2265

As EK will tell you, loads of incline work isolates your upper chest, trollface.jpg.

Joking aside, it just takes time. Trap/shoulder work can help to fill the upper chest area somewhat in as much as they create an illusion, otherwise just keep lifting.

Hypertrophy - 75% of 1RM for 8-12 reps is the standard approach. In reality, a variety of rep ranges are going to help.

Do you overhead press?

I read that overhead pressing your weight really helps with upper chest development.

I know it's different than the flat bench vs. incline bench debate but for me overhead pressing my weight is my goal and since I've started working towards that I've noticed a difference.

Like thor said, trap and delt work will fill out that area. Here is sample routine i used to bring my upper chest when they were lagging
incline flies 12 reps
incline bb press 10 reps
incline db press 6 reps
pullovers 15 reps
incline push up 15 reps
rest and repeat three times, do clap push ups if you can
