|Did chest on monday and was thinking before hand about varying the whole thing so i tried this .
set 1 3-4 reps till failure then keep doing sets while reducing weight by 5 -10 kg (depending on available plates ) each set until i could do 10 perfect slowish reps .As the weight got lower the rest got shorter i started at 90 seconds and stopped at 30 second rest
suprisingly it took 9 sets and was down to 43 kg from 103 starting point , got a great feel from this and combined with some inclined dumbell work and flys i`m sore as all fuck . Anyone ever tried this? does it have a name?
