Throw them in bro.

My lower power day. I cannot do squats right now due to my hip flexor, leg presses dont seem to irritate it so here's what i did.

Day 2
Exercise: Lower Body Power Day -
Warm-up - Treadmill
Leg Press (3-5)
Dead Lift (5-8)
Leg Extensions (6-10)
Leg Curls (6-10)
Standing Calf Raise (6-10)
Seated Calf Raise (6-10)

I'd recommend this for you.

They're really a slightly more lower body movement if done correctly. -EK

Not a lot of people do dead lifts, thats why alot of people have average physiques imo.

I do them on leg power day hitting the 5-7 rep range and go heavy.

Corky- consider the points of leverage when you deadlift- pretty much the same as squatting- mostly hips and knees. They're basically a barbell hack squat with the bar in front, or vice versa. -EK

Just gotta remember that you can customize a program a little. You never need to stick to it exactly. Certain exercises can be swapped for others
