Just started GZCLP 3x a week. Haven’t worked out in over 4 months. Also lost 10lbs over this time. I now weight around 163lbs. Starting easy and working my way back into the weights. Heaviest weights I ever lifted were S:275lbs B:210lbs D:330lbs at 172lbs

Set 1: 125 lb × 3
Set 2: 125 lb × 3
Set 3: 125 lb × 3
Set 4: 125 lb × 3
Set 5: 125 lb × 10

Bench Press (Barbell)
Set 1: 85 lb × 10
Set 2: 85 lb × 10
Set 3: 85 lb × 10

Lat Pulldown (Cable)
Set 1: 60 lb × 15
Set 2: 60 lb × 15
Set 3: 60 lb × 15

I like how the program goes from low, medium to high reps in one workout. Shocker all these weights felt heavy. But I’m sure this will change by week 6 as long as I stay consistent. Just have to remind myself to be patient and not take crazy big jumps in weight.
