Elbow faring halfway up the bench press19331

Hey all,

New here. I'm having a hard time finding the answer to should I flare my elbows when pressing. I've searched and found 'how to tuck your elbows' on the way down but nothing on the way up to help press more weight. Just wondering what your take is on this.
