Has had a few good workouts last week but today I'm hungover as fuck.
Another thing is that my food intake has been low. I have dropped a few kgs. Been feeling constantly ill dunno what it depends on.

okay took some time off from logging. I have still been training but not with a complete structure. That changed yesterday. Starting a westside conjugate inspired program.
