went off program with the reps and sets. Did some real volume work today with low weights just feeling the contractions and geting a fat pump. Two of my friends killed it today in the gym with Rep PRs in the deadlifts and squats. We had a blast.

My body was aching had to take it easy this workout. Did 100kg x16 bench. Then alot of fly variations some shoulders and called it the day.

Taking today off and going for 2 easy (deload) workouts sunday and monday

had a easy leg workout still doing my deloadish workouts.

Had a easy push day. Did loads of highreps shit. Taking a rest day tomorrow and on thursday it is time to max out on deads. Hoping to get 240kg but we will see

Today I did deadlifts. 60kgx5 100kgx2 140kgx1 180kgx1 210kgx1 225kgx1 240kg x1 PB!

Did some chins rows rear delts, biceps and abs.

So have not logged the last few days. Nothing fun has happend I have been feeling really tired and worn out. I guess the heavy work outs has taken its price on me. Did do 2x6 190kg deadlifts today and called it.

Will see how i feel tomorrow.

5x8 Box squats 90kg has lowerd the box as my hip seem to tolerate it will add weight each session.

Bench 120kg x7 was really close to getting 8 but I just did not have it in me. Good thing is my arms and chest is starting to feel better after being inflamed for like two is weeks.
