|Hey, have recently started lifting, but this time on a proper workoutplan, not a brosplit, but a proper one.
I have very little muscle, but also a bit to much fat, but i am skinny, so i will aim to eat at maintance to do a body recomposition. I am 6’1, 185 lbs, but these caloriecalculators are so different, some are saying 3000, some 2500.
What would u start with? 2500? 2300? 3500? I have been on 3000-3200 kcals before, then i gained alot of weight.

|Just start at one of the numbers at a week and if you gain weight then drop calories or add in exercise. You will have to play with the numbers. No calculator is going to give you the magic number it will only set you up at a starting point.|
