I am 5'6 Asian and weighed 85 kgs before. I started to fix my diet and workout.

I went down to 67kgs but after some time my weight went back up. Now I am weighing around 70kgs. I am hesitant if I need to cut down, I feel like i have not much muscles and lots of fats(not sure about my bf percentage though). I am worried I will be too skinny. My face is starting to get skinny. Should I continue with my fight against fats?

I would select a proven workout to start with... u don’t look like u’ve attained much muscle so maybe ur still new to lifting and can take advantage of newbie gains !!
Next I’d track ur intake making sure ur macros are in point for an extended period of time making sure they’re in a surplus !!
