Hi I am 49, 155lbs 5ft 8in approx 17 percent body fat. And just starting to show abs what advice would you give in terms of carry on cutting vs bulking?

What are your goals? I mean do you want more muscle then def bulk. If you want your abs to be more define then cut.

Hi thanks for the reply. Ideally I want more defined abs have been cutting for approx 16 weeks. Eventually want to bulk to gain more muscle.

@Brecksderby well if you want more define abs then you will have to stay in a caloric deficit for longer. If you want to bulk then you would have to eat in a surplus and you will gain some fat.
