Hi guys was looking for some advice on more powerlifting specific programs.

Ive run 5/3/1 in the past but im not the biggest fan, so i began reasearching more poweifting typw programs.

This is where i encountered problems, theres som many programs some using percentages some not. Where is best to start if i was wanting to train 4 days per week.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a problem figuring the percentages? It's kind of important.

Check this out. I found this and would like to run it once I get a handle on my shoulder impingement and back strain.

No problems with percentages, just not sure which sort of program is the best to give a go.

That looks pretty solid. Would you still recommend an upper lower type split so you could increase frequency on the lifts to 2x per week?

Depends what level you are at too. You could look at the candito program.

Level wise I've been training 6 years but would say only the last 4 were optimal.

Current 1RM's are S:170kg B:135kg D:210kg

I've been doing a 531 on a spread sheet that does the calculations for me. Makes it easier to follow.
