Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups everyday. Do they work?18366

I've heard a lot of people trying out this bodyweight program on top of their usual gym routines. Some of them even made really good gains, from what I see. But the thing is, they're all testimonials posted on the net and I personally don't wanna believe it. But is it true? Can chin-ups everyday give you a thick solid wide back?

I was skeptical when I read your post because common sense tells me you need rest in between each workout. I've been reading up on the PLP routine and people have actually seen great results. I wouldn't use a fixed bar though, your elbows and shoulders would get pretty messed up. People who have done this recommend rings.

Yes they work! I do them almost every day, 2 sets of as many bodyweight chins as possible. I have no scheduled rest, ever. I "listen" to my body though.

I started 1.5 years ago, did 2 sets of 5-7 chins back then. Today i'm at 2 x 30-32:-)
