The Barbell Floor Press.18292

Jesus private msg quote post Address this user
Hello again my babies..

How many of my children incorporate the floor press into your workouts?
If so, do you have your legs flat or bent?

In one week i shell be finished with my cut and will be using these in my bulking routine (stay tuned for my bulking diet and workout routine in 7 days time).

I recommend you all start doing these for ultimate gainz if not already.

I bless you.

I use a bent leg. It helps keep you stable and in a position similar to the bench press. Flat legged would lead to balance issues, and you wouldn't have any arch in your back.

I would never advise lying on your back with your legs straight for any purpose. It's reduces natural lordosis of the lumbar spine. -3X

Risk vs reward. Rather than create a faulty compensatory movement pattern that also decreases lordosis, I advise my patients to concentrate on not raising their hips. -3X

@Jesus Larsen was born with dislocated hips and club feet.. He can't get his legs into a position to bench properly with feet down that's where the Larsen press came about !!
