I.E. what are some of the training intensification methods you like to use, so as for me my two favorite are:

1.) Intra-set stretching
2.) Ascending sets

Let us know?

Paused reps, either in stretched or contracted position, or both.

For almost anything upper body, super setting with a form of band pull apart or band face pulls just feels great. Especially on push days.

@eknight could you give an example of a strength capacity circuit you like, or just kind of describe what you mean by that and how you apply it in your workouts? I think I have a pretty good general idea -- i.e. doing a circuit of strength moves -- but I'm interested in getting a better sense of what you mean and how you use it specifically.

As to the OP, I'm not sure if this counts, but I really enjoy "running the rack" with lateral raises. I'm not sure it has any real benefit to strength or hypertrophy, but it is the only way I've found where I can really feel a pump in my delts, and it makes them look huge temporarily .

Started playing around with Dropsets the past couple workouts. I'm liking it and will be doing more.

Do you primarily powerlift or hyper focused training?

I guess a mix lately. With Squats and Bench I do more power based training compared to hyper focus. Once in a while, more so lately, I'll throw in volume based workouts for push and legs. I just go by my mood and body.

I don't exactly like slow (both up and down, maybe 6-7 seconds) bench or slow squat, but it's nice to do the workout before a heavy workout, for whatever reason it makes me lift more.
