Need HELP with abs (cut)18188

Hello guys I have came to a point that I've been training for around 3 months now (especially my abs) and I think that I need to cut (lower my body fat) for them to be visible. When I tense my abs I think that I can feel them therefore I think that now I need to cut.
I'am not sure how much body fat I have but a calculator that I found online said 13%, I am 16 years old with 79cm waist and 178cm height.
I want tou guys to help me with these points:
*Should I cut or is my size good but I need to train more/longer/harder?
*What exercises/workout should I do to burn the fat?
*Is there any diet/foods that I need to eat inatead of a normal diet that is used to build muscles?(healthy + alot of protein)

You need to BULK. You have no muscle to cut down to.

At 16 years old you need to eat big, train consistently, and sleep lots. These are your years for the most natural growth in your life. Take advantage.

Ok I guess I will start to Bulk then but the problem is I eat around 700-900 calories per day and my target is around 2000, it's because I don't feel the need to eat so I guess I will have to eat mych more but with the bad fat right?

@wannabemuscular can you give me an example of a plan/routine so I can BULK? I had a look online and I can't really find any, only tips.
Or do I need to pay for a plan and if so on what website?
