Calf raises

Incline bench press
Dbell row
Seated dbell shoulder press

Should I change the set/reps or are they good this way. I was thinking changing the 4x8 to 5x5.

Just at a glance it seems very unbalanced and theres a ton of overlap. Training arms on lower day isn't favourable.

Look at the thread "routine design for dummies" in the stickies at the top of the page. It has a upper lower template that allows you to use exercises from the recommended list. I ran it for over a year and achieved amazing results.

I'd also suggest you read the FAQ thread and follow the nutrition advice provided.
