I currently weight 168 Pounds and I really want to cut down.... I don't know how much body fat im at but I know for sure that's what most of my weight is. I want to cut down on both to around 12% body fat or so at 155 pounds, any tips on what diet/workout programs I should be doing and how my schedule should be looking like and all that stuff. (I'm currently 16 years old and attend school)
