I hope all is well! I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a weekly workout plan? My workouts are messy rite now. I would like to mix heavy and light days. I want less running and more plyometric type things. Workouts predominantly with free weights, box jumps, weighted vest, and resistance bands.

I would make a list of exercises you enjoy doing, maybe try some new ones before you make the list also. Then g through the routine design faq and sub in exercises from that list. Or take a template like PHAT and replace movements with ones that hit similar muscles.
