Aight I've heard enough of this bull shit phat this and phat that. Fuggin layne norton out the ass hole. Soooooo Im doing it...I'm gunna fuggin commit and do 3 months of that shit.....I'll make my first Phat Entry tonight. I'll let ya know what I lifted/How I lifted it/ and for how many. I'll also be posting Dailey Cal Intake/supps....I'll keep ya up todate on my weight. OH and pics FUH SHO!!!! So if ya wanna check the sweez out on this phat ass journy i'm about to take check in daily!!!! Aight SICK KUNTS!!! Upper body power day today!!!! LIFTIN HEAVY AND TAKIN A FUGGIN MUTLI!!!!

I've already done a split that hit the body twice a week in the past. So I'm really not worried at all....In fact I'm just worried my legs are gunna explode through my pants and I'll be ravaged by beautfil women...SRS

But ya We'll truely see how Fuggin swole one can get when using phat!

(Note my Left shoulder is pretty fucked...sooo not gunna lie we'll see how heavy and strong I can lift on bench)

I don't follow his PHAT program directly, but my routine is somewhat similar to the keys to PHAT and benefits it's supposed to provide. Good luck Swayz

Been doing PHAT for a while, and theres only 1 maybe 2 weeks where i really felt sluggish and needed to use the rest day to actually rest. Good program though and i'm sticking w/ it.
