Modified my routine a little bit. Critique?17805

Hey guys.

Few days ago I've posted here my routine and got good critique for it. But I've decided to add something and change something. I've add few leg exercises, changed some rep schemes and added second lat raise exercise.

Could you critique it, give some advice?
