Lmao. What the hell. Just one 30lb dumbbell. Welp I guess we are gonna work with some prison rules. Get some garbage bags fill them with water and weigh them to the weight you need and use that. Also do lots of burpees

@fittness4life420 one key to big arms is to make everything else bigger (chest, back, etc.). Is there any possible way to get more weights or get to a gym??

Or use a towel to curl and have your partner provide resistance with each rep.

Sell that 30 lb dumbell on craigslist and use the profit on a 35 lb one and work back up to 15 reps. Repeat this for 7 years and you will be curling 100's and have such an imbalanced body you will always be in pain. Worth it for those arms gains tho
