Glute Training!

What are you guys' favorite exercises for hitting the booty muscles?

My most recent lower body days have included but not limited to:

Squats
Smith one leg squat (1)
Smith raised torso hip thrusts (2)
Banded side steps - Band just above knee (3)
Glute isolation machine (4)
EZ Bar or DB lunges
Box jumps from a low position

Ive been tossing these in here and there for some glute fun. Leg press and various leg curls are a staple. Hack squats have come and gone and happen every once and a while.

What do you guys do? Doesn't have to be ultra alpha exercises. just looking for some new fun stuff to do with the GF.

(4)Similar machine as the one i use. Prone and one leg at a time while knee is supported by pad.

Imo split squats are the most brutal move of my arsenal (see what I did there?) I also like cable glute pullthrough w/ rope attachment.

My wife says the single leg pushdown things on the assisted pullup pad are pretty brutal if you want to get real fancy.

Do you have a photo or video for that first movement?

I've tried the push down move on the assist dip/pullup but we can't get it to feel right without bending way the hell over and then you are more worried about balancing than pushing.

^Couple sets of those followed by a couple sets of kneeling hip thrusts is a glute killer! lol

Reverse Hyper (If ur lucky enough to have one)
Barbell Hip thrusts (love these, can also do them with a hip circle on to add more bang)
High bar Squats
Lunges (all kindz)
Bulgarians
Pull throughs (nice finishers)
