On a serious note, bodybuilding has to be the only sport that people want to do things the same way they were done 30+ years ago rather than evolve with the current knowledge and methodology. What if our astronauts, doctors, and Olympic athletes approached their careers this way? Food for thought. -3X

@HardBody try doing chest and arms on separate days, make sure you get adequate amount of food and rest. you have got nothing to lose by trying this workout.
