IF, PHAT and cutting17625

I want to cut, i have been doing PHAT for the last 3-4 years, and love it. So will be doing PHAT while on my cut.

I also want to give Intermittant Fasting a go.
Has anyone successfully done IF on cut while doing PHAT?
If so, how did you find it?

My eating window would be 1pm-9pm.
So eating at 1pm, 4pm and 8'ish pm

I train at 6pm most days, except on Saturday (shoulders and back) which is at 3pm'ish.

PHAT is great on a cut. I too did IF last year while running PHAT. Great results! However, I got the same results even without IF. Just make sure your diet is spot on (300-500 deficit max).
Your eating window seems fine. It's good that you are training after breaking your fast.

@ColourGreen I'm interested in this and will follow if you keep up on logging here. I've had success with IF and recently started up with it again.
