Sldl 5x10
Prone leg curl 5x12
Seated leg curl 4x15
Donkey calf raise 3x20
Seated calf raise 3x20

100 walking lunges

Do that 3x a week and eat 4000 calories

Clearly that would be for only working legs and just having. A pull and push day for sake of maintaining upper body.
