Cut or Bulk? Any help would be appreciated17579

Hey all I'm JJ, I've decided I need to do something with my body at the moment as I didn't go down from 17 st to 11st to let my body just get skinny fat and waste away. I'm wondering from the pictures provided if you could help me answer the question of if I should cut and get leaner before I add on mass or should I just go ahead. By looking at me also are any of you able to give me an estimate of my body fat? I'm 5"10/11 and hovering between 150-155lbs.

Thanks in advance people I really appreciate any guidance.

Yea bad skin unfortunately runs into he family so I'm doing whatever I can to counteract that plus hopefully eating a lot more clean and hitting the gym stops it also.

I would consider bulking just because if you cut, well there already isn't alot of muscle to begin with. Just train smart, eat, and keep grinding man

In your position it's possible to be in calorie surplus, gain weight and maintain lower body fat with proper diet, training and minimal cardio. Go for bulking, but do your homework.

I would suggest a lean gain diet.
Hard to properly suggest anything without having details about your nutrition.
But your BF% is average. Probably place it between 17-20% Which can help with muscular development.
Focus on large compound exercises. 3-6 sets per exercise, 6-10 reps per set.
No more than 60 mins in the gym at a time.
I don't know lbs... But I'd be pointing at around 140g protein a day to help.
Have a glance through my instagram in my profile if you'd like to find some better myofibril hypertrophy explanations.
