|What do you guys think of the 3x a week full body workout? I know it delends on the exercises but for example:
2)bent over row
Again this is just an example, what do you guys think of a workout program like this? Let's say i want to try it for 8 weeks since i'm "starting" to exercise again after 1 month.
Again thank you all for your opinions and advices.
I want to do this mostly for fat loss not that much for muscle building... YET!

Check out starting strength or strong lifts. Also Check out the stickies FAQS and routine design for dummies, you'll find it very useful since you seem to be confused on which routine to do.
