PPL and Shoulder Growth17548

Hey guys,

I'm thinking of doing a PPL (Shelby Starnes Push PUll Legs split here:

I was wondering how your shoulder growth have been since a lot of people here do PPL? Shoulders get hit after chest in the split I want to follow so onviously the weight on shoulder press won't be as much, ... but how has your overall shoulder growth been from doing Push Pull Legs?

Mine was as good as in any other balanced routine I've run (which is not what you've chosen, FWIW). I think I'm missing something about your question, though. If I didn't answer what you're asking, can you reword it? -3X

Is shoulder growth good on a PUsh pull legs routine.. BECAUSE, shoulders are hit after chest in the worksout so one wont have as much strength or as big of a shoulder press..

You're completely discounting the fact that the anterior delts are major contributors to all of your pressing chest movements. They're hit more than they need to be in the routine you linked (which is why it's unbalanced). -3X
